About Us
Maura Hoey Healthcare Training and Consultancy was established by Maura Hoey in 2022, following a career spanning over 40 years in Healthcare in both State Supported Organizations and the Private Sector. She is a Registered Nurse Intellectual Disability and has worked at all levels from Staff Nurse to Senior Management. She has a wide knowledge of the Regulatory Requirements which she has gained from over 9 years’ experience of dealing with the Health Information and Quality Authority (HIQA).

Residents
Maura Hoey Healthcare Training and Consultancy is a new company in Health &
Safety Training, and we are based in the North East of Ireland (Louth, Meath, Cavan,
Monaghan, Westmeath, Longford and Dublin). We deliver CPD courses to all
Healthcare Facilities – Infection Control, Dementia Care, Safeguarding Vulnerable
Persons at Risk of Abuse, Complex Behaviours and Manual/Patient Handling, with a
particular emphasis on ID and MH facilities.
We also provide training in COVID-19 Compliance, Food safety, Fire Safety and
Manual Handling for other industries as requested.
All our courses are delivered on your premises by our highly qualified
Tutors/Instructors who have extensive experience.
